Where we work

Where does Trust for Nature work?

Trust for Nature works across Victoria in 10 regional areas known as catchment areas.

Each catchment area is governed by what is known as a Catchment Management Authority (CMA). Trust for Nature believes it makes sense to operate alongside each region's CMA to maximise resources and outcomes.

In Victoria, the 10 Catchment Management Authourities correspond with Trust for Nature regions. The regions are:

  1. Corangamite CMA region (Geelong and surrounds)
  2. East Gippsland CMA region (Bairnsdale and surrounds)
  3. Glenelg-Hopkins CMA region (Horsham and surrounds)
  4. Goulburn-Broken CMA region (Shepparton and surrounds)
  5. Mallee CMA region (Mildura and surrounds)
  6. North Central CMA region (Bendigo and surrounds)
  7. North East CMA region (Albury and surrounds)
  8. Port Phillip CMA region (Melbourne and surrounds)
  9. West Gippsland CMA region (Moe and surrounds)
  10. Wimmera CMA region (Stawell and surrounds)
