STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to Victorian, 18+ years of age residents only.
2.2. Employees, franchisees, and their immediate families of Trust for Nature are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, or step-sister.
HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on 30/4/2025 at 10:00 AM AEST and closes 18/5/2025 at 11:59 PM AEST (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, the entrants must complete the entry form on the Competition landing page by providing the entrant’s full name, email address, postal address and contact number.
3.3 In order to enter, the Entrants must agree to receive email marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants may unsubscribe to email marketing from the Promoter at any time after receipt of the first promotional email from the Promoter.
3.4 Entrants may only enter once.
3.5 By entering the Competition, each Entrant consents to and grants a royalty free perpetual licence to the Promoter to use the winning Entrant’s name, in accordance with clause 5.4 below.
3.6. Entry is open to Victorian Entrants only, as determined by residential postcode.
PRIZES AND UNCLAIMED PRIZES
4.1 The winner will be chosen at random.
4.2 The winner will be notified by email.
4.2 Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way by the winner.
4.3 Prize will be posted to winner at the postal address of their choosing.
4.4 Any prize that remains unclaimed for 1 month after the end of the Competition Period will be awarded to another Entrant as determined by the Promoter. If required, this will occur on 19/6/2025.
SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS
5.1 Each Entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize pool.
5.2 The winner will be selected by random draw at the Promoter’s Premises at Level 5/379 Collins Street Melbourne VIC 3000.
5.3 The winner of the Competition, as determined by the Promoter, agrees to provide proof of age to Trust For Nature if deemed necessary by the Promoter.
5.4 The winner will be notified by email.
5.5 The winner will also be published on www.trustfornature.org.au within 30 days of the draw.
5.6 The Promoter’s decision is final.
NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition or other as subject to any State Legislation.
6.2 The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies, will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail or email.
6.3 The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies, will not be liable to the Entrants or winners for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
6.4 The Promoter, and its affiliates, assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If, for any reason, this Competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserve the right, at their discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other dishonest act, may take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to State Legislation.
RESOLVING DISPUTES
7.1 Any Entrant may email the Promoter (trustfornature@tfn.org.au) and state their dispute.
7.2 The Promoter will be required to respond within 30 days and set a time for questions and answers if desired by the Entrant.
7.3 From the date of response, a final written decision from the Promoter will be supplied containing concise, reasoned decisions.
8.1 The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to run the Competition, enable identification of the winner, and for future marketing and promotional purposes by the Promoter. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related corporate bodies, for these purposes, and the relevant Privacy Policies can be accessed via each of the Promoter’s website.
