A message from Anna Foley
Ever since I was young, I’ve always had a deep love of nature. It’s what led me to study botany and then go on to have a career as a conservationist – eventually joining the incredible team at Trust for Nature.
To me, protecting nature is the ultimate obligation we have to future generations.
And to do it, we must act with urgency and purpose.
Now more than ever before, Victoria’s precious ecosystems are facing increasing pressures.
Factors like soaring numbers of invasive species and climate change are threatening natural habitats in a way that we’ve never encountered in the past.
But it’s not too late. Together we can create meaningful, tangible change.
By supporting Trust for Nature, you’ll help us take critical action, which includes working with landholders to place conservation covenants on private land. These covenants ensure the land is protected forever – even if the land is sold – so native habitats and wildlife can recover and thrive into the future.
Please make a donation today that will help deliver urgent, practical action to preserve Victoria’s state of natural wonder for future generations.
If you would like to make your donation over the phone, call us on 1800 99 99 33.
