Bushfire Recovery | Landholder Support Program

Trust for Nature is calling for applications for relief payments from covenant holders and Land for Wildlife members across Victoria who were impacted by the January 2026 bushfires.  

This program will allocate payments of $2,000 (including GST) for covenantors and $250 for Land for Wildlife members for post-fire relief works. This may include but is not limited to weed and pest animal control, access and safety works, erosion control and creek line recovery, habitat recovery or ecological monitoring.  

Applications are now open. 

Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis and will close once funds are fully allocated or committed, or on 22 May.
