David Dore

Area Manager, North West - Echuca, Swan Hill, Heathcote, Bendigo, Creswick, Mildura, Patchewollock

David Dore joined Trust for Nature in December 2022. He has worked in natural resource management (NRM) and measurement in Australia and the Pacific.

He has practical and policy experience in NRM, agriculture and forestry, including emergency response management and fire preparedness planning.

He has also worked in Pacific water and food security, focused on community-led development, innovative agricultural production systems and landscape restoration.

Recent highlights include conducting a workshop on agroecology performance evaluation in Tonga in August 2022, and convening the panel on Forests and Water for the Forestry Australia Symposium in Albury in October 2022.
