Graham is an economist who specialises in environmental, social, governance (ESG) issues, environmental markets, and regulation. Over the past 15 years, he has held senior roles in government, regulatory bodies, and public finance.
Graham joined Frontier Economics in 2021 after serving in a specialist government role, advising on sustainability issues that have a material impact on the economy, balance sheet or fiscal outlook. He has extensive experience working across both the public and private sectors, focusing on practical, evidence-based sustainability solutions that withstand scrutiny.
Graham is a member of Trust for Nature’s Finance and Investment and Conservation Committees.
He holds a Master of Applied Economics from The Australian National University, Bachelor of Applied Economies (Hons) from Massey University, and is a Global Reporting Initiative Certified Sustainability Professional.
