With 15+ years in private sector and not for profit roles, Jo Gleeson joined Trust for Nature as the Director of Development in September 2023.

Previously, as the Head of Philanthropy at World Vision Australia, Jo was responsible for the growth of high value funding across four teams and three revenue streams – Corporate Partnerships, Trust and Foundations and major donors.

Jo holds a Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship) from RMIT, a Diploma of Fundraising with the FIA and in 2021 became a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completing the Company Directors course.
