He has over 25 years’ experience in environmental law and is recognised in Chambers, Best Lawyers in Australia, and Doyles.  He practices across all areas of environmental law including, planning, biodiversity, heritage, water, climate, pollution, contamination and waste. He acts for clients in a wide range of sectors including energy/renewables, resources, infrastructure, real estate, and the industrial and consumer sectors.  He supports clients with environmental impact assessment, planning and environmental approvals, environmental management and compliance advice, and environmental dispute resolution.
