Tut Tut is an experienced lawyer predominantly practising in criminal defence law. He represents individuals and entities facing prosecution initiated by the various state prosecutorial agencies, regulatory bodies, and municipal councils. He supports, and is interested in the noble work of the Trust for Nature in preserving private land with significant biodiversity value for the benefit of the environment in general, and endangered species in particular.
He brings experience in governance, risk management and compliance having recently finished a term as a member of the Parkville College School Council – the Victorian State School for children in custody. In the private sector, he has experience in directorship running a legal practice where he successfully set and executed strategic objectives, overseen risk management processes, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. In governance, Tut plays a role in fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and promoting good governance at all levels.
