This property has both grazing land and forest. The covenanted area is full of native plants, which has increasing levels of birdlife and mammals. There is a native grassland and a frog pond alongside the dam. The house is a large 4 bedroom 4 bathroom. The 4th bedroom and 4th bathroom is out the back which also include a small kitchen. Visitors that come regularly are Superb Blue wrens, yellow faced honeyeaters and Eastern spinebills. The mammals that come often are wallabies, kangaroos and echidnas. We have a stable population of swamp rats.
