Round the Bend Conservation Co-operative has two shares for sale to the right people.

We’re looking for people who share our conservation values, enjoy the bush environment and want to work co-operatively to protect biodiversity and conserve habitat.

We have been looking after this high-quality bush block for over 50 years and have recently added a conservation covenant.

Each share is associated with the right to lease a specific site (max of 1500sqm). The two sites available are as yet undeveloped and the likelihood of developing these sites (i.e. building a house) in the foreseeable future is low as it cannot be assumed that planning approval will be granted. However, the Co-op has a moveable dwelling policy in place for these sites which would enable a member to utilise their site for short stays (several days at a time) and participate in Co-op activities, such as work parties.

A prospective purchaser will undertake a membership process to ensure that the fit is right for both parties.
