Over 50 bird species (including migratory) have been recorded along with an abundance of native animals, including king parrots, crimson rosellas, magpie, currawong and superb wrens; wombat, echidna, wallaby and kangaroo. There is flowing water through a granite gully and acres of temperate rainforest to explore.
The house was constructed from clay on-site in 1984 and provides famous thermal qualities enhanced by 10-star double-glazed windows in every room to frame the forest outlook. E-credentials include solar power, solar hot water, under-floor heating, battery and charger ready. It’s serviced by mains and tank water and fenced domestic areas.
