This expansive 260-hectare nature reserve offers quiet seclusion, sweeping views and an opportunity to steward a significant slice of restored bushland.
The property sits within Victoria’s iconic Mallee landscape, known for its desert biodiversity, saltbush plains, striking red soils, and characterised by semi-arid plains and extensive dry land grazing. The property has a history of mixed use including grazing, cropping and recreation.
Positioned at the highest point on the property is an existing colour bond dwelling featuring an open-plan layout with heating and cooling, a kitchen, bathroom, laundy and large undercover outdoor living area.
The landscape includes both enhanced remnant vegetation and carefully replanted zones creating a rich and diverse habitat that supports native wildlife.
The property is within 5km of documented sightings of the Brown Treecreeper, Hooded Robin and Major Mitchell’s Cockatoo. The site already hosts the critically endangered Umbrella Wattle (Acacia oswaldii) which has been integrated into restoration zones.
An designated Domestic Area allows for future development, such as an additional dwelling or outbuilding, subject to usual planning approvals and covenant conditions.
