This property contains diverse Heathy Dry Forest. Many mature trees are still present throughout the property and provide habitat for an array of local wildlife, including several threatened species. There is also an ephemeral creek present. The property is surrounded on three sides by the Castlemaine Diggings National Heritage Park.
