Typically an allowance for a dwelling, in an appropriate area, is made within the covenant for all Revolving Fund properties.

Ecology

Graced by native bushland including dominated by Red Stringybark and Long Leaf Box with an understorey of blackwoods, Austral Indigo and Cassinia species. The groundcover is very diverse with native grasses, rock fern, Sun Orchids and masses of Chocolate lilies in Spring. You’ll be joined on the property by wombats, kangaroos, falcons and wedge-tailed eagles.

Ecology

Portions of the property have previously been cleared and are beginning to naturally regenerate with new species to be discovered at every visit.. The property would suit someone looking for a project to help restore the natural beauty and biodiversity of the site through revegetation.

And if you want to experience some of the other regional attractions, several berry and olive farms, small wineries and breweries are nearby, as well as cycling opportunities on the Great Victorian Rail Trail.
