Amenities

Amenities

The chain-of-ponds provide both excellent amenity and ecological values. The property includes scenic views across the ponds, waterway and treed landscape. The covenant allows for the northern portion of the property to be used for hobby farming, with the potential for a greater level of protection depending on the future landowner’s wishes. There are several options for placement of a house site which would not interfere with the ecological values of the property.

Please note that a Trust for Nature conservation covenant will be placed on the property title.
